Rich is a USPTA certified teaching professional with over 20yrs of coaching experience. He excels at teaching fundamentals and footwork that develop consistency, and correcting the root problems of technique errors. Some of his vast accomplishments as a player include being ranked in the top 50 players in California, participating as the #1 singles player at Dominican University and winning the conference championship two years in a row with Santa Rosa Junior College. As a coach he helped start the first certified Cardio-Tennis program west of the Mississippi in November 2005 at the Presidio YMCA of San Francisco. For the past 18yrs he was the head coach of the Presidio YMCA tennis program and we are very fortunate to have him on our team.



A native of the bay area, Bryan has been coaching tennis for over 10 years. He competed at the collegiate level on the Chabot College tennis team where he was awarded All-Conference honors and was a state qualifier in both singles and doubles. He looks forward to sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of players. He excels at teaching modern tennis techniques and will take your game to the next level.




With over 30yrs of experience playing tennis, Mitch has a lot of knowledge to share. He is a high energy coach with tons of enthusiasm for the game and has been working with kids for many years. In his former life he trained for and taught Kung Fu for 20+ years. He is really excited to inspire the next generation of players and especially enjoys working with young beginner and intermediate students

Nicky has been coaching tennis for over three years. He is an accomplished player, regularly competing in tournaments and as the #1 player at Aragon High School in San Mateo. He loves to inspire the next generation of players, and excels at creating lesson plans that are both fun and challenging.


Matt is originally from Seattle Washington and has lived in the Bay Area for 10 years. He is a lifelong tennis player and captained the varsity tennis team in high school. Over the years Matt has excelled at coaching many different sports and kids from all ages and backgrounds. He is excited to teach students the fundamentals of tennis and help them grow in confidence and appreciation for the game.

Originally from Atlanta Ga, Alexus been living in the Bay area for 4 years. She played varsity tennis for two years in high school as number one doubles and number two singles. She also played varsity volleyball and varsity basketball and is a well rounded athlete. She was number one singles on her club tennis team at Columbus state university and also played USTA league at a local club in Atlanta for three years winning tournaments in doubles and singles. She sincerely loves the sport of tennis and looks to play any chance she can get. She looks forward to helping her students succeed, have fun, and become the best tennis player they strive to be!
