Burlingame Cancellation Policies:

Refunds:

All refunds are processed in the form of class credit. Class credit is applied at the end of the season and automatically discounts any future registrations. Class credit does not expire. We must be notified via email in order to receive credit. You are allowed to receive credit for up to two missed classes per season.

Group Class Cancellation Policy:

You must commit to registering for the whole season. In order to qualify for full credit we must be notified by email at least 48hrs before the lesson you will miss.

Any cancellation where 48hr notice is not given will receive only a 50% refund in the form of class credit.

Private/ Semi-Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:

You must commit to registering for the whole season. You are allowed to receive credit for two missed classes per season. In order to qualify for full credit we must be notified by email at least 48hrs before the lesson you will miss.

 

Any cancellation where 48hr notice is not given will receive only a 50% refund in the form of class credit. This includes cancellations due to sickness or emergencies.

 

 

For any semi-private lessons, all participants must agree to cancel to receive class credit. Example: If one student is not able to come to their 4 person semi-private lesson, they will still be charged the full amount for their portion of the lesson.

Rainout/Similar Cancellations:

Any class canceled by us because of rain, sickness, or any other event will be refunded in the form of class credit. We try to make a decision by 2pm on weekdays or 8:30am on weekends if it looks like it will likely rain, and you will receive an email if class is canceled.

 

 

Air Quality Policy:

Class will be generally be canceled if the AQI is above 140 on Airnow.gov. If you are not comfortable with the AQI at the time of the class you can choose to use one of your allowed cancellations to receive full credit instead.​

 

Withdraws:

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed! If you need to withdraw after registering then any remaining classes will be refunded via credit card upon request. A 4% credit card transaction fee will be withheld from any credit card refunds.​​
