Registration Instructions:

(Please read carefully before booking a class)

 

Lessons are open to both members and non-members. Members of GHCC receive a 20% discount. Classes are automatically charged every 4 weeks unless booking a drop-in.

 

After reading the instructions, please click the orange button below to visit our registration website to see what is available and book a lesson. After clicking the button scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue "Book a Class" button under the GHCC program.

1. Availability

If you can't find an available time on the schedule please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

2. Semi-Privates

If you are booking a semi-private lesson (More than one person), please contact us first before booking so we can adjust the class size and price accordingly. Please have everyone participating in the lesson create an account on our registration website and email us the names of the students along with the time you are wanting to book.

 

3. Start Date

The registration system will allow you to choose a start date up to 8 weeks in the future. Please only choose a start date up to 3 weeks in the future or your booking will be canceled and refunded.

 

4. GHCC Member Discount

Green Hills Country Club members get a 20% discount. If you are a member of Green Hills Country Club, please make sure you indicate you have an active membership with us when creating an account. If the system not giving you the member pricing at checkout, please contact us before booking so we can correct your membership status in your account.​​​​​​​

 

5. Court Directions

Click on the PDF button below to read the instructions for how to get to the courts. They are a bit difficult to find as they are located in the middle of the club golf course so please make sure to follow them exactly for your own safety and convenience. Please also arrive to the club at least 5 minutes early to make sure you are not late for your lesson.

6. Cancelation Policy

All rainouts will be refunded in the form of class credit.

 

Students are allowed to cancel one class per 4 week session. In order to receive credit for a canceled class, we must be notified at least 5 days before the lesson. Any lessons where sufficient notice is not given will not be credited. Exceptions are made for emergencies or health related cancelations.

For any semi-private lessons, all participants must agree to cancel to receive class credit.

Example: If one student is not able to come to their 4 person semi-private lesson, they will still be charged for their portion of the lesson.

 

Please give us at least 2 weeks notice if you need stop your automatic booking or change class times.
