All parents or students must read the following policies and waivers.
Any class canceled by the coach because of rain, sickness, or any other unforeseeable event will be refunded in the form of class credit or a makeup class. All classes will be notified by 2pm on weekdays or 8:30am on weekends in the event of a rainout.
Air Quality Policy:
Class will be canceled at 2pm on weekdays or 8:30am on weekends if the AQI is still above 150 on Airnow.gov. The afternoon wind often improves the air quality by 3pm so we will typically not cancel before 2pm. If you are not comfortable with the AQI at the time of the class you can choose to use one of your allowed make-ups and miss the class.
Group Class Cancelation Policy:
You must commit to registering for the whole season. You are allowed to make-up up two missed classes per season. Make-ups must be done within the same season that the classes were missed. Make-ups must also be done in the same age and level class that you are currently registered in. In order to qualify for a make-up class we must be notified by email at least 48hrs before the lesson you will miss. Exceptions are made for health or emergency related cancelations.
To schedule a make-up please visit our registration website to see what other classes are offered at the same age/level. Email us at least 48hrs in advance to let us know which day you would like to do the make-up. Make-up availability is not guaranteed as we need to limit the number of people attending each class.
Private/ Semi-Private Lesson Cancelation Policy:
Students are allowed to cancel one class per season. In order to receive credit or makeup a canceled class, we must be notified by email at least 5 days before the lesson. Any lessons where sufficient notice is not given will not be credited. Exceptions are made for emergencies or health related cancelations.
For any semi-private lessons, all participants must agree to cancel to receive class credit.
Example: If one student is not able to come to their 4 person semi-private lesson, they will still be charged for their portion of the lesson.
For all classes at GHCC the same policies apply, except one cancellation is allowed per 4 week billing period instead of one per season.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not happy with the quality of our lessons, then any remaining classes will be refunded upon request.
